This website is an independent guide to the Ponte Vista community in San Pedro, California. It is operated by Justin Drury, using Dreams Worth Living as a brand name. Justin is a California real estate salesperson (CA DRE #02225163) with Strand Hill Properties (CA DRE #01968431). The site is not operated by, and is not affiliated with, Ponte Vista’s builders, homeowners association, or community management. This policy explains in plain language what information the site handles and how it is used.

Information this site handles

Messages submitted through the contact form on the Contact page are delivered to Justin Drury’s business email address. This policy also applies to inquiries received through the other contact options on that page.

The site handles two kinds of information:

• Contact information you choose to provide when you reach out through the Contact page: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, the reason for your inquiry, your message, the page your inquiry relates to, and anything else you choose to include.
• Limited hosting and security data processed by Cloudflare, the service that hosts and protects this site and provides the Turnstile anti-abuse verification on the contact form: your IP address, the time of each request, the page requested, browser and device information, response status, and security signals.

The site does not intentionally place the contents of contact messages in analytics, in web addresses, or in application logs.

How information is used

Information is used to:

• Respond to your inquiry.
• Review reports about corrections, rights, accessibility, privacy, or technical problems.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
• Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and property.

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or client relationship, and it does not sign you up for newsletters, automated marketing, or text messages.

When information is shared

Information is disclosed only as reasonably necessary: to Cloudflare as the site’s hosting, security, and Turnstile anti-abuse verification provider, to Resend as the service that transmits contact-form emails, to the business email provider that receives Justin’s inquiries, to Strand Hill Properties or other transaction professionals when an inquiry becomes licensed real estate activity, to professional advisers or authorities for legitimate legal or safety purposes, or to a legitimate successor if responsibility for the site changes. This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long information is kept

Contact-form messages are delivered to Justin’s business email account and may be retained as part of his business correspondence. There is no fixed deletion schedule for ordinary inquiries. Records related to real estate transactions are retained according to applicable legal and brokerage requirements.

Your requests and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information through the contact options on the Contact page. Requests are subject to identity verification and to lawful record-retention obligations.

Do Not Track and cross-site tracking

This site does not track visitors across other websites and does not participate in cross-site tracking, so it does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

Children

This is a general-audience site. It is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, send a note through the Contact page and it will be deleted.

Links to other sites

This guide links to outside websites, such as builder pages and public sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
