The first of the two Cabrilla phases
Cabrilla I is the earlier of Meritage Homes’ two townhome phases at Ponte Vista, three-story townhomes from roughly 1,754 to 2,025 square feet with open main levels, entry-level suites or flex space on most plans, and a balcony on some homes. Cabrilla II, the later phase by the same builder, is a separate collection with its own plans, so it is worth checking which phase a specific home belongs to.
Like the rest of Ponte Vista, Cabrilla I was built in the 2020s, with rooftop solar and relatively new plumbing and heating and cooling systems.
