I built this guide because Ponte Vista kept coming up with clients looking for modern and newer homes in the South Bay, and there was no one clear place to understand the different collections, home types, amenities, and floor plans. It has been useful for my clients, so I am sharing it with anyone trying to understand the community. It is an independent reference, not an official site for the builders, the HOA, or the management company.
