Cabrilla II is the later of Meritage Homes’ two townhome phases at Ponte Vista, four floor plans from roughly 1,754 to 2,016 square feet. The kitchen, dining and living areas form one open space on the second floor, with a first-floor bedroom suite or flex space, and a balcony on some homes. Cabrilla I, the earlier phase by the same builder, is a separate collection with its own plans, so it is worth checking which phase a specific home belongs to.
These are newer townhomes, built in the 2020s with solar on every home and major systems that have years of service behind them rather than decades.
